Randy Sarf Bio

Randy Sarf is a Thoroughbred stable manager, entrepreneur, and media personality with deep, hands-on experience at the highest levels of American horse racing. 

As Stable Manager for LSU Stables, Sarf oversees daily racing operations, campaign strategy, logistics, and coordination among trainers, jockeys, veterinarians, and ownership groups. His work spans major racing circuits including NYRA, Gulfstream Park, Saratoga, Keeneland, and Santa Anita, with involvement in Grade 1–level competition. 

Sarf is also the co-host and creator of The Horse Whisperer Podcast, delivering candid analysis, sharp opinions, and in-depth conversations with trainers, jockeys, owners, and racing executives. The show is recognized for presenting racing from an authentic, front-line perspective. 

In addition, Sarf is the owner of Hildebrandt’s, a long-standing New York hospitality brand. Under his leadership, Hildebrandt’s executed a national sponsorship of all three legs of the 2025 Triple Crown: the Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes, and Belmont Stakes.
